FAQs

- YOU MUST SUBMIT A PAYMENT (GATE FEE AND/OR ENTRY FEE) TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN A TOURNAMENT -
All TSB tournaments are FIRST PAY/FIRST PLAY.
Although you may have registered your team for an upcoming tournament, your entry into an event is NOT COMPLETE or secure until you have paid the entry fee and/or gate fee.
Once the entry fee and/or gate fee have been paid, your team’s spot is secure and you will no longer risk being bumped to the waitlist.
Teams that choose to pay later risk being moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay the gate or entry fee before them.
Once the maximum number of teams for a given division is reached with teams that have secured their spot (paid entry fee and/or gate fee), all other teams (those that HAVE NOT secured their spot), are moved to the waitlist. The maximum number of teams for a given division is dependent upon field/park availability for that particular tournament.
You are NOT required to pay both entry fee and gate fee to secure your spot, HOWEVER, you must pay at least one to secure your spot in the tournament.

Please submit all schedule requests at PlayNCS.com, using the Schedule Request tab on the event menu.
We will ONLY take schedule requests until the Sunday evening prior to the tournament start date.
You can only block out a 4-hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play!
Schedule requests that are more restrictive than a 4-hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate but we will do our best!
It is very important that you do not enter into an event that you cannot attend if you do not get specific pool play times. The schedule request is a request, not a guarantee.
Any schedule requests that are texted, emailed, or submitted in any other way besides using the Schedule Request tab on the event page, will not be accepted. If the Schedule Request tab is not showing on the event menu, that means we have begun scheduling the event already.
